Kristin Emery

President
Kristin attended the University of Vermont and graduated with a B.S. in early childhood education in 1992. She went on to get her M.S. in physical therapy from MCP Hahnemann University graduating in 2000. She has continued her education in physical therapy by regularly attending classes in her field. Kristin is the owner and physical therapist for Metropolitan Pediatric Therapy. She provides home therapy services to pediatric patients in their home and schools as well as in her office. Prior to opening her own company, Kristin worked at Children’s National Medical Center for five years. She was a staff physical therapist there. She supervised students coming into the field in pediatrics. She maintained the staff schedule for 12 physical therapists on a daily basis. Kristin is on the First Vice Pesident on the board of directors at Rock Spring Cooperatice Preschool in Arlington, VA.

John J. Mullenholz
Chief Financial Officer
John Mullenholz received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston College in 1964. He earned his JD at Georgetown University Law Center, graduating in 1967. He was admitted to the bar of the State of Maryland in 1967. He completed a Federal judicial clerkship with Judge Francis McLaughlin in 1968. That same year he began practicing law in the Tax Division of the United States Department of Justice. For more than four years, he tried cases throughout the United States, principally in Federal Courts, but occasionally in state courts, in a wide range of tax disputes. After leaving the Department of Justice, he entered private practice, starting his own firm in 1981. He closed the firm in 2000 in order to focus entirely on the staffing company.

Jennifer Smith
Vice President of Human Resources
Jennifer Smith attended the University of Vermont and graduated with a B.A. in English in 1994. She worked at StaffWise Legal, Inc from 2001 to 2005, and then worked with the company that acquired StaffWise until 2008. Jennifer’s role at StaffWise was handling company operations and human resource functions. Prior to working at StaffWise, she was the Director of Human Resources, East Coast for a technical corporation based in California. She has also worked in a large Washington, DC law firm as a staff recruiter for two years, and in Atlanta, for a year, as a recruiter for temporary accounting staff at Pro Staff.
