Services We Provide
Home Health Care Services offered by Stonehouse Staffing:
Friendly Reassurance
We all know how difficult it is to find a few minutes in our hectic day to pick up the phone and call family, no matter how much you love and care for that person. We also know it’s the little things, like a five minute phone call that can make an elderly person incredibly happy because they know someone cares about them, and gives them a connection with the outside world. Let us help you, and put your mind at ease.
A member of our staff will call your family member at a designated time, depending upon the plan you choose, inquiring about their day and if they have any needs (food, meds, visit by nurse), and more importantly develop a relationship with them. A Nurse will make the initial visit, determining if a Care Call is sufficient for their needs, in the event they need more assistance than just a call. The staff member who will be calling your loved one will meet with your family member, if this is possible, so that a “face” may be matched to the voice your loved one hears each day. We will ask the questions that a son or daughter would, to find out if they need any extra help around the house or with their daily needs. A phone call can make a world of difference in their lives, so why not give them something to look forward to?
